DarkSide helps us ensure that all BrightSide produce gets eaten, either fresh through our deliveries or after some processing to help preserve it. Even though a spotty banana might not be what a customer would reach for on a corner store shelf, they are perfectly ripened to make our signature Banana Bites. We also have Apple Bites, fruit-forward baked goods and veggie salts! Existing Online Farmers Market customers can get first access to DarkSide Snacks through a weekly or monthly surprise subscription. This upcycling venture contributes to our goal of being a zero food waste organization while making tasty dehydrated fruit and baked goods made with fresh ingredients.

Even better, DarkSide Snacks are delicious, convenient, and only made with real ingredients. All proceeds from DarkSide sales goes toward supporting our mission of fighting food deserts in the Twin Cities.
